Agenda Items:
▪ Review of community news and achievements.
▪ Review of HOA finances – despite high snow removal bill, dues appear to be adequate to meet the needs of the community. Landscaping is expected to consume a larger amount of the budget than in the previous year.
▪ Election of new Board Member – At least 26 homeowners were represented, comprising a quorum. Royal Walker was elected to become the new Board member.
Decisions Made:
▪ Royal Walker was voted to be the new Board member, replacing Bruce Lyman.
Notes:
▪ Suggestions were made by various community members regarding: the addition of garbage cans near playground and picnic areas, the installation of a street light by the picnic pavilion, increasing parking restrictions, etc.
