Wyngate Commons Board Meeting Minutes

In attendance:

Mercedes Pappas, President

Shon Allen, Vice-President

Bob Kelley, Treasurer

Susie Sunderland, Secretary

Brad Shepherd, Board Member-at-Large

1. Review of minutes from last meeting. Minutes approved.

2. CC&R Draft discussion:

Bob and Shon proposed to change rules and regulations rather than make changes to CC&Rs. Will submit for vote after new board members are elected.

3. Brad will put final touches on Comcast Deal and present it at the HOA meeting. Will appear on Ballot for vote.

4. Termination of Comcast service to residents not paying HOA fees: No additional information.

5. Susie updated website.

6. Residents will be reminded that in preparing to move, Unit must be left in original condition. If owner/renter has caused damage to stucco, or outside of building, HOA must inspect it, to make sure repairs were proper. Improper repairs will result in the HOA having the building repaired properly at owner’s expense. Brad recommended inspecting stucco on all buildings this summer.

7. May Meeting Preparation

Board decided not to vote on Gate at meeting. Mercedes will put together new estimates and will address the issue in Welcome portion of meeting.

8. Board adjourned at 8:00
