Oct 3rd Board of Trustees Meeting Wyngate Commons

In Attendance:

Bob Kelley
Reed McCune
Brad Sheppard
Angel Moran

We discussed new CC&R’s that Bob wrote up and decided we would vote for on the next meeting with everyone in attendance.  We did discuss that any home in foreclosure to have the bank make right on any exterior damages and if not made right a lien could be put on the home until the home is repaired to standards according to CC&R’s and our rules and regulations, we need to think about how to word that in order to be done.

Budget for 2012 to be looked at before Dec 15 by Brad and let us know if a HOA increase is to take place.

We also discussed getting the Realtor Package that needs to be handed to Realtors involved in selling of our homes.

A motion was made by Brad and seconded by Bob and Angel to have any vehicle in driveways towed without a warning, motion was passed.

Next board meeting is Monday, Nov 7th @ 6:30 PM at Shon’s house.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM
