Agenda Items:
▪ Elect new President.
▪ Review outstanding Submission Forms.
▪ Determine action plan for removal of For Rent/For Sale signs.
▪ Consider community newsletter or website with calendar, contact info, notices, etc.
▪ Discuss changes to parking policy with Street Representatives.
Decisions Made:
▪ Marcello elected President
▪ After a lengthy debate relating to parking concerns, it was determined that the Street Reps would query their neighbors about the potential interest in a parking permit for a third car. Once an initial determination has been made about the level of interest, additional discussion will take place regarding how to proceed.

Notes:
As newly elected President, Marcello outlined three primary goals he would like to see achieved over the coming months and created 3 committees:
▪ Rules and Regulations – Resolve all remaining outstanding issues with L&T pertaining to landscaping, concrete, soil settling, etc., refine and finalize all community rules and penalties, and create procedures for resolution.
▪ Gated-Community – Move forward on proposal to gate the community including: identifying obstacles to city approval, developing an architectural plan, determining potential cost.
▪ Community Involvement – Encourage community building through 1 or 2 activities per year and through the creation of a website, making important information readily available to homeowners, and through regular communication.
