Agenda Items:

Determine signage requirements for towing enforcement.

Discuss towing company options and distribution of notice to the community.

Discuss financial projections for 2006 and decide on potential dues increase

Decide on snow removal company.

Decisions Made:

Three entrance signs and six Visitor Parking signs to be ordered and installed.

Monthly HOA Dues to be increased to $130 per month. 2008 budget to be completed and finalized by the first week of December for inclusion with the 2008 coupon books.

Unless Alvorado’s provides a timely bid for snow removal, Kimball will continue to provide snow removal service.
