Review Action Items from the previous meeting

Assign board members to review landscaping throughout community:

Marcelo – Clusters along Normandy Loop Lane and Park/Pavilion area

Darin – Clusters along north side of Wyngate Pointe and Playground

Ben – Clusters along south side of Wyngate Pointe, main Entryway and Fountain area

Darin to ask Dave Adamson to complete review for Twinhome Clusters

Address parking issues – resolved to implement a parking policy that will result in the towing of cars parked on the streets between the hours of midnight and 5am. Policy is to go into effect beginning November 1st.

Meeting with community members – to take place on October 16th at the community pavilion. Notice to community members must occur no sooner than Sept 27th and no later than October 6th.
