HOA Board Members
This year we have an amazing group of Wyngate leaders who are helping shape and up-keep the Commons. We have created this page so that you can get to know who your representatives are. Take a moment to become familiar with your board members and your block representative.
Mercedes Zel-Pappas – President
Shon Allen- Vice President
Shon Allen moved into Wyngate August 1, 2007 and has loved not only the location and the home, but he says “my neighbors have all been great!.” He grew up in Orem and after graduating high school, went to Portland, Oregon for 2 years and began some college courses while working for a large retailer that liked his “stuff”. He then returned to Utah, finishing his studies at the U of U (YES, he bleeds RED).
Shon has been selling software for a company based in California for nearly eight years, giving him the opportunity and the ability to work from home (which he loves). This sales gig takes him to some fantastic cities across our country, and he is the only sales guy in the organization with tropical clients that he visits (Beach pics to prove that). He also owns a restaurant in Provo with two other partners that are entering their fifth year of business. It is the best food, without question!
Aside from work, you will find Shon at the gym or hosting a barbecue with family or friends. (Many of you may have smelled it). Say hello or wave when you see him! Shon lives at 665 Wyngate Point Ln.
Bob Kelley -Treasurer
Susie Sunderland- Board Member / Secretary
Susie grew up in Oklahoma. Although she has lived in Utah longer than she lived there, she still considers OK her home. She’s been a Speech/Language Pathologist for 37 years. She has two dogs and a cat and two grandchildren and now a new husband, George. Her kids are grown-up and out-the-door (knock on wood). She loves running (57 marathons to date), and she is currently picking her way through the 50 States Club, which enables her to enjoy another past-time: traveling. Angel Moran – Special Projects Manager
Originally from The Sunshine State (Florida), Angel Moran and her son Jordan moved to Utah 7 years ago and live at 659 Wyngate Pointe Lane, before moving to Draper they resided in Cottonwood Heights. Angel is an Admin Asst/Accounts Payable for a software company in Cottonwood Heights, her son Jordan is in his 2nd year at The Art Institute of Salt Lake City for Culinary Management. Both Angel and Jordan love to ski and board and Angel loves gardening and both can be found in their backyard hosting a BBQ. You can often find Angel walking her basset hound Chloe around the neighborhood, feel free to stop and say hello. Her contact information is garden_girl62@hotmail.com or 801-878-7780.

Block B – Reed McCune
Reed McCune is originally from St. George Utah, has lived in Salt Lake Valley since a Jr. in High School (Olympus High), attended U of U and is a “Died in the Wool Ute Fan.” Reed moved to 654 Normandy Loop Lane in Wyngate Commons with wife Kathie in June 2007. Reed worked at Cummins Diesel for 45 years before he retired in July 2005. Some of the positions he held were Warranty Manager, Manager, Territory Manager, and Sales Administrator. He and his wife are two of the most caring and giving people in our community, and we are lucky to have them both.

Thom grew up in South West Montana – Dillon Montana, and he currently works as the General Manager for 24-Hour Fitness Worldwide (Sandy, UT). He is also a part owner of Dialed Management Group out of Montana. graduated from the University Of Utah and has his Personal Training Certifications through the National Acadamy of Sports Medicine, Apex Fitness, and the American Council on Exercise. His favorite hobbies are backpacking, golf, and weight training. Thom lives at 588 Normandy Loop Ln.

Block J – Matt Craddock
Matt grew up in the great State of Iowa. After graduating from Iowa State University with a Forestry degree, Matt has worked in eight western states for the US Bureau of Land Management and is currently the Branch Chief for Lands and Realty for BLM in Utah. Matt and Frances, and Daisy (see photo) reside at 674 Wyngate Pointe Lane. Matt and Frances enjoy traveling and RVing, and are Oregon Duck football season ticket holders. Daisy likes RVing and chasing ducks and squirrels. Matt and Frances moved to Wyngate in 2007 from New Mexico, and prior to that spent 20+ years in Medford, Oregon.

After living in southern Mississippi for 16 years, Dan and his family moved into the Wyngate commons community in June of 2007. The mountains, climate, one grand-child (soon to be two), and now many friends bring them great excitement as they have settled in Utah. Dan and his family look forward to meeting and getting to know the Wyngate community.
