Dec 5th Board Meeting Minutes
In Attendance: Shon Allen, Mercedes Pappas, Lisa and Matt McCelland, Reed McCune, Angel Moran
1 – Christmas Lights: Board approved $300 for extra lights to add to the entrance of the community, Shon to purchase after the holidays
2 – Coupon Books: HOA fees to $155—LaDonna to put in with end of year newsletter and budget info to be included
3 – Budget: Letter will include what the board has done for the year and what is proposed for 2012 which includes door painting/gate info presented to the City of Draper for approval/Added space in the back to replace with rocks or sod
4 – Comcast Rollout: Dec 31st will be last day of Digis, Info to be included in final newsletter the change will include equipment
5 – Holiday Parking: Final newsletter to speak about no driveway or street parking, board will be lenient on guest parking for the holidays due to visitors visiting family and friends
6 – Misc: Reed mentioned sidewalk in the back near the park is coming up and 2 have fallen, this will be looked at and scheduled for repair to ensure safety
Next meeting is Monday, Jan 9th at 6:30 at Shon’s house
