Wyngate Commons HOA – Board Meeting Minutes

Agenda Items:

1) By majority vote, Board gave sign-off on the final community rules sheet

2) Review of Violation Notice and how it will be used

3) Devise action plan for completion of website by October 1

4) Devise action plan for completion of paid parking permits, signage, and enforcement

5) Review any needs for Street Rep changes

a) Wendy White to be new Rep for Cluster F.

6) Discussion of ongoing landscaping issues and delivery of itemized list to LeGrand

___ Paid Parking Sign-Up Sheet Done (pass out to reps) (Ben)

___ Comprehensive List of Website to Dos (Including Content) Done (Marcello)

___ Have Violation Notices Created for both LaDonna & Reps (to use with discretion) (Ben)

___ Have Website Functioning (Except for Content) (Marcello)

___ Get Bids for Painting and Signage for Paid Parking & Speed Limit Signs (Ben and Royal)

___ Get Bids from Electrical Companies for repair work to street lights (Royal)

By Oct. 1st -

___ Website Done

___ Letter from the Board, Rules, and Final Paid Parking Sign Up Sheets Mailed out (with Oct. 15th Deadline)

___ Paid Parking Legal One-Page Agreement Created

___ Landscaping issues relating to LeGrand resolved

By Oct. 15th -

___ Paid Parking Permit Holders to be Identified

___ Paid Parking Permit Holder Legal Agreements Signed and Copies Sent Off to LaDonna (Billing Begins for Nov. 1)

By Nov. 1st -

___ Paid Parking Stalls/Visitor Parking Stalls/Parking & Speed Signage Done

___ All Rules Completely in Force

___ Snow plow vendor determined and contract completed
